Collaborative
My design approach is rooted in collaboration and continuous learning. I work closely with stakeholders, users, and cross-functional partners to understand real constraints, workflows, and goals before proposing solutions. I value shared understanding early in the process, using research, journey mapping, and open feedback loops to align on problems worth solving. By grounding design decisions in both user needs and business context, I aim to create solutions that are practical, scalable, and impactful.
Iterative
Iteration is central to how I design. I treat design as an evolving process rather than a linear handoff, using low- to high-fidelity prototypes to test assumptions, uncover friction, and refine ideas quickly. Feedback from users and collaborators informs each iteration, allowing me to adjust hierarchy, interactions, and visual systems as insights emerge. This iterative mindset helps ensure that the final product not only meets requirements but meaningfully improves the user experience over time.
